Deep Water

Added toning depending on depth
Added specular
Removed artefacts around objects, which are above the water

Fixed reflections, link on sources in first message. Only OpenGL.

It requires custom renderpath, also is only glsl. I also think code still dirty.
But if someone wants to create PR, source is published under public domain license.
